Concrete Canvas
What are Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats (GCCMs)?
Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats (GCCM) are factory-assembled geosynthetic composites consisting of cementitious materials contained within one or more layers of geosynthetic material that hardens upon hydration. GCCM consists of a top and bottom layer and a core layer containing cementitious filling with a fiber matrix. The type of Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM) material has been regulated in ASTM D8364.
What is Concrete Canvas?
Concrete Canvas is a revolutionary building material innovation and falls into the category of Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats (GCCMs), or Cementitious Geocomposites, now available in Indonesia. Essentially, this material is a flexible roll of concrete that hardens within 24 hours with just water.
Concrete Canvas (Cementitious Geocomposites) can form thin, strong, and waterproof concrete without the need for machinery or mixing equipment; simply by sprinkling with water. Concrete Canvas (Cementitious Geocomposites) has a lifespan of up to 50 years with minimal maintenance.
