Concrete Canvas CCX™ combines the airtightness of a geomembrane with the strength and durability of concrete in one practical material. It can be installed as quickly as conventional geosynthetics and forms a strong concrete layer within just 24 hours of contact with water.

CCX consists of two interconnected geotextile layers filled with a special concrete mixture. A backing layer of LLDPE geomembrane helps reduce or even prevent air leaks or seepage. Once applied, the CCX concrete layer boasts high durability and abrasion resistance more than 3.5 times that of standard OPC concrete.

CCX can be quickly laid for lining and repairing canals and drains. The installation process is faster, easier, and more cost-effective than conventional lining methods. The material can be activated by simply spraying air or by complete immersion.

Due to its practicality and durability, CCX is ideal for lining and rehabilitating large canals, such as irrigation canals, to extend their operational life.

CCX products meet ASTM D8364 standards for GCCM Type II materials.
