Alternatives and Reasons for Choosing Concrete Canvas

Land Preparation
- Channel profile formation (re-shaping)
Installation, Bonding, and Sealing Methods
The Concrete Canvas CCX-M is installed vertically. Fastening is done using 30 mm stainless steel screws spaced 10 cm apart at each overlap. Additionally, 25 cm J-Pins are installed at each connection in the anchor trench at the toe and crest of the slope to ensure the Concrete Canvas adheres perfectly to the soil substrate.
Hydration Method
The hydration process is carried out using a hose connected to a water pump, with the water source coming from a nearby pond around the project site.
Installation Duration
Land preparation and installation of Concrete Canvas was carried out in 2 days by 6 workers.
Project Success
The project was deemed a success. The client was satisfied with the speed of installation. The client plans to continue the installation and make repeat purchases next year.
